✅ Grooming Liability Release Agreement (Applies to All Appointments)

At Pet Wash LLC, your pet's safety and comfort are our top priorities. However, grooming involves the use of sharp scissors, blades, and other tools. While we take every precaution, there is always a risk of injury—especially if a dog moves suddenly, has matted fur, sensitive skin, or underlying medical conditions.

By creating or booking an appointment through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Inherent Risk: Grooming may result in occasional nicks, cuts, razor burn, or skin irritation.

• Medical Responsibility: Pet Wash LLC is not responsible for any veterinary or medical costs related to grooming injuries or pre-existing conditions.

• Dog Behavior: You have informed Pet Wash LLC of any behavioral issues or sensitivities. You understand that aggressive or anxious behavior may increase the risk of accidental injury.

• Matted Coats: You understand that de-matting severely matted fur may cause irritation, cuts, or stress, and release Pet Wash LLC from liability for such outcomes.

• Emergency Care: You authorize Pet Wash LLC to seek veterinary care if needed and agree to be fully responsible for any resulting charges.

• Ongoing Agreement: This release applies to all current and future grooming appointments and remains in effect unless revoked in writing via email to db@hollywoodpetwash.com.​
